Kim Clapp

Kim was born and raised in Lyon County, Kentucky. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Murray State University.  She is a local business owner and elected member of the Kuttawa City Council. Kim enjoys spending time boating on Lake Barkley with her son and husband. Her passion for real estate came from the time spent flipping homes with her husband.  She realized that each house tells a story.  Layer by layer, the home tells its history about the people who have lived within.  Each house contains those special family memories. Kim wants to help her clients make their unique stories and memories in their own homes.
