Please note that TJG is a real estate brokerage and property management company that operates independently from traditional franchised real estate companies. TJG is owned and operated by Broker, Crystal Jeter. TJG retains the services of sales associates (real estate agents), who are independent contractors. This Notice does not apply to the privacy practices of any individual sales associates or to any website, social media site, or mobile application they may independently operate.
Use of Cookies
‘Cookies’ are simple text files stored on your computer for use by a browser. Certain Web Site features may only be available through the placement of a cookie. We may use ‘cookies’ to assist in data collection and to track visitor Web Site usage and trends to help us better serve you. When you access our website, Dotloop digital signing programming, or access the TJG Appfolio portal (“Online Services”), contact us, or otherwise interact with us, (collectively, “Services”), we collect personal information about you. Personal information is information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include information where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We may also receive personal information about you from other sources. We may combine the personal information you provide to us with information that is collected through automated methods and with information we receive from other sources. When you create an account: Through our online services you may create an account to, for example, save property searches, sign up for property alerts, access our real estate and property management resources, and for other features we may add from time to time (“Account”). When you create an Account, we collect your first and last name, email address, username, and potentially your password. If you wish, you may provide us your phone number, street address, and a state, city, or zip code. We use this personal information to respond to your requests, manage and correspond with you about your Account, send you information related to real estate markets, property information, sales associates and/or other information we think may interest you, to connect you with a sales associate who can assist you in your home buying or home selling experience, and for other matters described in this Notice.
When you contact us: When you contact us with questions about our Services, our business, or other matters, we will use any personal information you provide us, including for example, your name, email, and phone number to resolve your request or answer your questions, or to provide additional information related to your inquiry. We may place you on our marketing list for information related to your inquiry or which we otherwise believe would be of interest to you, and we may otherwise use your personal information as described in this Notice. You will always have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications form us by following the instructions provided in our communication.
Information we automatically collect through our Online Services: As is true with many websites and applications, our Online Services automatically collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including details of your visits, including traffic data, location data (if enabled), logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Online Services, and information about your computer, mobile devise, internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type. - To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Online Services, products and services, databases and other technology assets and business.
- For testing, research analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve our Online Services, products and Services.
- To respond to Law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.

We may share analyses of our server logs, traffic, or information relating to customer leads, including details regarding usage of the Online Services and general information about our audience, with current or potential advertisers or business partners. Information Retention
We store your personal information on the servers of the cloud-based database management services we engage, located in the United States. We will only retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected your personal information, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Our online services may offer links to websites, apps, tools, widgets, and plug-ins, such as Facebook “like” buttons, which are run by third parties. If you visit a third-party website, you should read the website’s privacy notice, terms and conditions, and their other policies. Children
The Online Services are not intended or directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information relating to children or track their use of the Online Services.
