No one is ever at the office when I go to pay rent. Office hours are from 10-4. If I dont put it in the box or go to CALVERT CITY to pay on time I get a $50 late fee. Im always on time, never paid late. I dont like leaving it there without a receipt, as ive had my rent stolen a few times. This is the 3rd time in a row no one was in the office when i went to pay my rent.
When I called, she told me they’re understaffed and if I dont leave it I’ll get charged. I understand the rules, but seriously? We’re gonna have to switch to online payments (which cost more of course), or drive to Calvert (gas it outrageous). It makes me feel like they’re trying to get that $50 from people. They also dont ever mow our yard. I have a 110lb black lab, that i often lose in the grass when I take him out (seriously!). With the hassle of paying rent, how much it is, and the inconsistency of it all, I feel like they could at least mow and do maintenance more often.
From start to finish, every detail was covered professionally. When the inevitable glitches popped up, she was non-plussed. I am pleased to recommend her and her agency to anyone needing assistance with their real estate needs.
